RESAPI KEK LAPIS APOLLO
bahan² 1.kek lapis apollo berbagai rase 2.sedikit garam secukup rase 3.2kg tepung gandum yang telah diayak 4.beberape ketul bawang yang telah di potong. 5.sedikit minyak masak cak sri murni peningkatan 2 kali
cara memasak.... -panaskan minyak di dalam kualai dengan menggunakan dapur arang.buka setiap bungkusan yang membungkus kek lapis apollo.susun cantik² sehingga menaikkan selere orang yang memandangnye.kemudian usha minyak di dalam kuali agar ia benar² panas.apabila ia benar² panas,tutup api dan hidangkan kek² lapis itu tadi di depan kawan² yang hadir.nah....siap untuk memjamu selera.harus diingat,bahan yang tidak digunakan tadi mestilah di simpan terlebih dahulu untuk kegunaan resepi akan datang iaitu cucur bawang....

RESAPI KEK LAPIS APOLLO .buka setiap bungkusan yang membungkus kek lapis apollo.susun cantik² sehingga menaikkan selere orang yang memandangnye..... kalo org yg tengok tu x berselera jugak nk makan...camna tu...actionkamen?

Filet Ikan Mayones
Bahan-Bahan: 5 keping isi ikan sebelah atau ikan merah ½ sudu kecil rosemary kering ½ sudu kecil lada hitam 2 cm halia ditumbuk halus Sedikit garam 1 sudu besar minyak masak ½ biji limau nipis ambil jusnya Bahan-bahan sos: 2 sudu besar mayonis 2 sudu besar cili sos 1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam 2 sudu besar air suam Cara: Gaul ikan dengan kesemua bahan di atas kecuali rosemary. Aturkan ikan di atas pinggan leper (khas mikrowave) kemudian barulah ditaburkan serbuk rosemary tadi. Masak dengan 'HIGH' selama 4 minit. Keluarkan dan curahkan sos di atasnya.
Cara membuat sos: Campurkan kesemua bahan sos dan kacau rata. Curahkan di atas kepingan ikan.

Chicken Chop
Ingredients:
2 pieces boneless drumstick with skin - cleaned and dried well with absorbent paper kitchen towels (A) 1 tsp soy sauce Salt and pepper A dash of Worchestershire sauce 2 eggs 50g flour 1/2 tsp soy sauce A dash of pepper A pinch of sugar 1 potato - cut into wedges 1 tomato - quartered 1 big onion - cut into halves and sliced thinly 50g button mushrooms 50g mixed vegetables 1 cup boiling stock Seasoning:
2 tsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp sugar 2 cm cinnamon stick (kayu manis) 1 clove 1/2 star anise (bunga lawang) Method: MARINATE chicken with (A) for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator or preferably overnight.
Dust chicken with tapioca flour and deep fry in medium hot oil till chicken turns a light golden brown. Dish out and drain on absorbent paper kitchen towels. Fry potato wedges till golden.
Brown 1 tbsp flour in 2 tbsp butter. Add boiling stock and seasoning. Put in button mushrooms, big onion and tomato. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes till gravy is thick.
Pour gravy over chicken and add accompaniments.
