for those who are offered to enter uel, i suppose that some of you are still undergoing your practical training...if you are still interested to join uel, pls do call them regarding this matter..they will reproduce the offer letter for you to join them for the end year intake, september if i not mistaken...after calling them, they might request your details, and you need to send it through e-mail..
