hi students.....my section 3 and 4..you can start doing your personal homepage either using notepad or front page.. and submit it to me in two weeks later start from 22 september 2003...

Dear Greenmoon.. During my last visit there I saw a page with a broken links to the images. Now I only see a Yahoo default page. Is the 'open house' closed already?  |

hmmm...tak faham la dgn web site tu..apesal saya dah upload picture but still not displayed..there is still an error..(ggrrr bengang gak  ) Mr Admin, can U help me? tell me how can I do? ok TQ so much "Mr Admin" 4 da support (just guest "Mr Admin" is Mr Azwan or Mr Jayauddin) May Allah bless both of U. Simple.. this is your html coding for the images.. "file:/C:/Program Files/Yahoo SiteBuilder/sites/default/sitebuilder/images/c.gif"The coding linked to your hard disk! Of course people in the net cannot access your hard disk. You did uploaded the images file BUT you forgot to change the html coding accordingly.. |

'cont.. this is your url: uk.geocities.com/khairaminah/upload your images (c.gif) then change the coding simply to.. img src=c.gifBrowsers will then search for the c.gif image file in the server, and not in your hard disk. Its very simple. Remember to upload your index.html file again after the changes. |

Example.. your coding for the background image of your page read like this.. body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" background="file:/C:/Program Files/Yahoo SiteBuilder/sites/default/images/bg23.jpg" text="#000000" link="#0000FF" vlink="#800080" onLoad="init()" onResize="if (ns4) history.go(0);" marginheight="0" marginwidth="1" topmargin="0" leftmargin="1" hspace="1" vspace="0"A simpler one should be like this.. body background=bg23.jpgMake sure to upload the bg23.jpg image file. |

1 step
arrange ur html file for the image
2 upload the image on the webserver/host on the internet
3 change the url for the img in the html(using htnl editor) into the correct url, the link that was assigned for the image(uploaded on the webserver)
//it's seems that the url in the img html is directly looking for the on air(on he internet) file location.the address that can connect the html page, so that the html page can call the server to up view the image, if u r using the local drive, hehehe.mmg tak nampak la
