Course Sylabus utk apply overseas

if nak apply U kat overseas..dier org kate kena anta skali dgn course sylabus..but howcome course sylabus kite byk subject yg xde lagi...??and x teratur...??karang if anta mcmtu mesti pihak U tu ragu2 nanti..so how?and if ade student yg dah anta the incomplete course sylabus how?adakah ia akan effect credit exemption?sbb if sylabus kite incomplete..then maybe exemption kite pun akan kuranglaa..bole tak org yg berkenaan explain bout this problem?

aa...tul tu. klau nak apply university kat luar negara, u kena lampirkan the complete course sylabus with descriptions about the subjects. my brother told me that. coz he now doing PHD. at university of edinburgh, uk.,he is a lecturer...
