Petua Untuk Masakan
1. Sayuran kalau disimpan didalam peti ais beberapa hari, kesegarannya akan hilang. Untuk mengembalikan kesegarannya, rendam sayur tadi didalam air yang dicampur cuka selama beberapa minit. Selain mengembalikan kesegaran, cuka juga akan menghilangkan kotoran pada sayur.
2. Mencuci kerang memang susah. Untuk itu, masukkan hampas kelapa bersama kerang didalam besen dan gaul bersama sedikit air. Setelah beberapa ketika, kerang akan bersih memutih.
3. Kalau anda inginkan cucur kodok anda lembut setelah dimasak, bancuhlah dengan air suam. Kemudian goreng seperti biasa. Cucur pasti lembut walaupun setelah sejuk.
4. Peria memang pahit. Untuk menghilangkan pahitnya, potong peria dan rendam didalam air berisi garam halus. Setelah lebih kurang 25 minit, sejat dan masaklah peria tadi mengikut resepi anda.
5. Ketika menggoreng ikan, perap ikan bersama asam gelugur. Kemudian goreng asam gelugur hingga hitam diikuti ikan. Hasilnya, ikan tidak melekat lagi.
6. Tauhu akan melekat jika digoreng. Taburkan garam halus pada permukaan atas dan bawah tauhu sebelum digoreng. Hasilnya, tauhu tidak melekat lagi.

petua untuk mengelakkan diri drpd mengumpat... dan di umpat
senang jer.. buat bodoh jer bila ader org tgh mengumpat.. tak payah msuk campur.. thn hati ngan perasaanlah yer kalau depa tanya pendapat pun.. ignore k ;Dso kita takderlah termengumpat sekali.. pesanan utk diri sendiri & kengkawan semua..he..he..he.. ahaks...
